For some time now, Corey and I have been wanting a little one in our family. Just as we were seeing doctors and undergoing testing, the doctor told me his conclusion: Either I had one of three diagnoses OR I was pregnant. In my mind, the pregnancy diagnosis was out of the question since we'd been trying for so long. After doing a pregnancy test (which read positive), it took the doctor to tell me "congratulations!" for me to believe we were pregnant!
It was a miracle. We certainly know we are not in control, and that there is Someone who oversees
all things. We are convinced that all things happen in their own time, when they need to. He is the Creator. We are so thankful for this tiny miracle in our lives and thank so many for their prayers and love.
Luckily
Tiny, the nickname we gave the babe on our first ultrasound when he/she was 2.3 cm, sat still for a minute so we could snap a good profile shot. We are now at 14 weeks making our due date
Nov. 19. A perfect month to express our gratitude for this little blessing. The above ultrasound is at 12 weeks! We'll be sure to let you all know the gender in a month or so. :)

Yeah! I am so happy for you both! You know I had tears of joy for you both when you told me the news. We love you both so much and have enjoyed seeing (or hearing) you so happy about this little (YET HUGE!) miracle of your very own.

Alisa...how have you been doing? Congrats to both of you! A little baby is such good news! I am so excited for both you and Corey. I am looking forward to finding out if you are having a little girl or boy.

congrats!!! That is a really good picture for 12 weeks! This one took longer then my other two and I thought by the third time it would be a peice of cake (the pregnancy that is) YEAH RIGHT! I have not had such a hard time with being pregnant before, even as we talk I have a UTI and Stomach flu for the FORTH Time already. I really hope you have better luck and since your already past your 1st trimester, hopefully you weren't too sick and that things go smooth sailing for you. When are you coming to visit Ut next?
Yeah!!! I am so excited for you! Can you just imagine next Christmas at Grandpa DeYoung's when all these babies are a year old. It is going to be great! I hope you are feeling good and everything goes great.

Wow!!! Congratulations! I am so happy for you guys. I know that I felt closer to our Heavenly Father than I ever have before when I found out that I was pregnant. It is such a blessing to be a woman and be able to carry our Father's sweet children. I know that you will be a wonderful mother. Pregnancy is hard at times, but also absolutely wonderful.
It is a wonderful blessing! "Tiny" has already brought tears of joy!
