What greater way to test out the British-headquartered restaurant chain than to eat in London itself--especially with some great company {thank you, Burtons}.
Wagamama supposedly = "selfish" in Japanese. We sort of think each of us selfishly indulged in some really great ramen and noodles at lunch that day.

Oh, Elsie is a cutie! Wagamama actually means "spoiled" but that works just the same. Did you ever try the one in Harvard Square? If you ever want REALLY good ramen, you know where to come :) :)
